Herbarium – mini Chelsea Flower Show style

Potting on. Amongst the mass of tomatoes I have successfully grown thyme, basil and parsley but I am still waiting for the oregano and sage to appear.

If you are surprised that I have five pots with Contorted Willow growing then so was I – over Easter I had cut some of the willow in order to make a display for the dining table but over the next few weeks as the leaves developed so did the roots and suddenly I had several new willow trees growing. Anyone want some in order to try their hand at creating a living sculpture?
I decided to re-use Hannah's metal planter in the garden - parsley and something I bought called Dragon. Any ideas about this mystery herb let me know.

Looking good. I was very pleased with this bit of 'gardening' not only does it look attractive but it is useful. I love the way it complements the other colours on the fence and I co-ordinated the plastic pots in order to carry on the colour scheme.
